STOCKPHOTOTREE.COM - IMAGE LICENSING

StockPhotoTree.com provides licenses for use of images for specific purposes. Your use of an image must meet our list of acceptable uses. Each image license is granted for a specific image, use, project, duration and number of copies that you intend to make for a specific project.

StockPhotoTree.com also provides printed images. Printed images must also meet a specific purpose. Printed images must not be scanned, digitized, copied or photographed in any format. Image information must not be transferred to any other groups, organizations or individuals in any shape, form or media.

LICENSING

StockPhotoTree.com offers royalty free non-exclusive and non-transferable image licensing for images on this website. We find this be the most common image use which provides best results at a reasonable cost for most of our customers. Exclusive and Rights Managed Licensing is also available for specific uses that do not meet the Royalty Free License terms.

ROYALTY FREE LICENSE

To meet a Royalty Free License you must meet specific image uses. Though a list cannot cover all circumstances, the following points should be used as a guide to assess if the Royalty Free License applies to your specific use.

Exclusivity and Transferability: Image use is not exclusive and not transferable.

Consent: Licensee must be 18 years old or older. Parent or guardian consent is required for those under 18 years of age.

Intellectual Property and Privacy Laws: You acknowledge that the content available through the Website is the property of StockPhotoTree.com or its content providers and is protected by copyright and possibly other intellectual property laws. Furthermore, you acknowledge that trademarks and copyrights of the subject matter depicted in the images are subject to protection by intellectual property laws and that you must obtain consent from the owners of the intellectual property when necessary to comply with intellectual property laws. Absent an explicit written statement from StockPhotoTree.com stating otherwise, you should assume that no consent from persons or owners of property depicted in an image has been given regarding publication and that model and property releases are not available StockPhotoTree.com or its content providers. Further, StockPhotoTree.com makes no claims or warranties as to the validity of the model or property releases associated with any image and such releases should be verified by you and that such usage shall be at your risk.

Re-Licensing: Please remember to re-license and image if you are reusing an image for another project. For example - if you have already purchase a license for an image and have made the allowable 1000 copies of a flyer. If you need to make more copies of the same flyer or need to use the image within another flyer you will need to purchase another license for the re-use.

PRINTED IMAGE

At StockPhotoTree.com we offered printed images. Printed images are for the sole use of the purchaser and are not intended to be copied, scanned or manipulated after delivery. In general printed images should be used for personal use such as a gift or for internal business use - such as a framed display of the image in the lobby.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS or ROYALTY MANAGED LICENSING

Please contact us to discuss your specific image requirements or use if it does not fall under the permitted uses of the Royalty Free License Terms. When contacting us you may want to prepare some information to answer the following questions on the image(s).

Are you printing them? One at a time? Large quantities?
Posting them online? How many users will you have? Will they be in a password protected area?
How big do you need to display the images?
What is the price range of your product?
Will the image be the actual product or mostly the product?
Are there other parts to the product you are selling besides the image?
